“I'm so glad we met Paulette! She is a kind, patient and knowledgeable therapist and uses a unique approach to helping children with various needs.

My daughter has a complex condition and we have been working with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and a feeding team for years already. While we did see improvement in some areas, we were completely stuck with others.

We started to work with Paulette 4 months ago and are so pleased with the progress! My daughter's self-regulation and sensory processing improved significantly - no more lengthy meltdowns or bedwetting. My daughter's appetite improved, and she started to eat at a reasonable speed - extremely important for a child whose weight is barely reaching 1st percentile. Her endurance and range of motion also improved, and we noticed a big improvement in her visual processing skills.”

“I am very pleased we have worked with Paulette. She is incredibly resourceful, and had a great approach with my daughter (who can be very resistant at times).

We have seen several important improvements including the ability to socialize with peers, improved hand strength and ability to print, improved ability to focus, ability to stick with something she finds challenging, and improved ability to regulate her behaviour.

Overall, Paulette's work with our daughter has resulted in significantly less undesirable behaviour throughout the day and more ability to interact with the world in a meaningful way, all of which continues to boost her confidence and positive self-image.”

“Paulette was a neighbour and parent at my children’s elementary school.  I knew her children and  liked her approach as a mom.  We would often meet on the street and chat - inevitably the conversation would turn to my daughter. She was proficient at many things - walked early, rode a bike without training wheels at two - but language came late and she really struggled with reading (at the beginning of Grade 5 she was reading at a late Grade 1/early Grade 2 level).  The school felt that the “reading would come,” but I felt something was missing and that she would be left behind academically.

Paulette was so interested in my daughter and curious as to why her steps to reading and processing were lagging compared to her peers.  We began to work with her.  This journey together was caring and customized, a blend of her working with my daughter one-on-one and providing us with physical activities and reading foundations as "homework."  She always let us know what was working and how/why she was changing things that weren't working.  My daughter was completly committed. She would not miss a session. She felt Paulette's nurturing attitude and her determination to help her progress.

My daughter will always have to work hard when it comes to language and reading but the exercises and tools that Paulette provided have made all the difference.  Our daughter is a high school honor student who wants to be an elementary teacher and work with special needs children. We know she will succeed.  I truly believe that our work with Paulette allowed her to reach these aspirations.  I am so thankful for those conversations years ago when I wasn’t sure who to approach or where to go when I knew I needed help.

Thank you, Paulette!”

“Paulette is kind, attuned, responsive and knowledgeable therapist. My son with ASD worked with her for a number of years. She has been extremely important in our journey to go beyond traditional therapies, recognizing his individual needs and custom planning his goals.”

“We met Paulette around the time that my son started junior kindergarten. She did a full videotaped assessment followed up with a meeting with my husband and myself where she clearly explained (and showed with video clips from the assessment) the gaps in his early development. This was extremely eye-opening and useful.  We would otherwise never have known these gaps even existed. We moved forward with therapy, and it was the absolute best decision we ever made. She also recommended AIT (Auditory Integration Training) which we did with him, and that resulted in a huge boost to his development.

Paulette is calm, kind, bright and extremely knowledgeable. She constantly pushes the envelope and presents a multitude of options when it comes to therapy. Our son has come such a long way physically and socially. We moved to the US and one of the things we miss most is Paulette. I would  recommend her to everyone! 20/10 on all levels!”
